At any time, ducksbay™ may cease to operate and/or provide these services. This could occur for a variety of reasons, including business decisions, cessation of business operations, discontinued services or termination of the brand, a legal, safety or force majeure reasons, sale or transfer of our services, brand or business, or termination of the service contract between ducksbay™ and the representative. In the latter case, only the services offered under the service contract would be withdrawn.
In the event of any discrepancy in the meaning or interpretation of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, the French versions shall prevail.
